Announcements
- A "wiki" is an effective way of promoting class discussions.
- Is there a need for more case studies in courses?
- Often, students feel that there is no need to think outside of
the box.
- Why is it important to learn and teach diversity?
- Students have to be ready to face different situations, under
different circumstance, with different nationalities.
- In the "think outside the box" expirement, students were more concerned
with opening the box and finding out whats inside, rather than developing
a method to assess it's contents without opening the box.
- It is important for instructors to get a student profile. Find
out the likes, dislikes and goals of your class.
- Have a mid-course evaluation.
- Find out if you are engaging the students.
- Are the students learning.
- What was their favorite topic to date?
